RNG
Random Number Generator
Random whole or decimal numbers in any range, with or without repeats.

How it's calculated
value = minimum + a uniform random whole number of steps, step = 1 (whole) or 10^−d (d decimals)
Every number in the range is equally likely. Numbers come from crypto.getRandomValues (the cryptographically secure generator built into browsers and Node), with rejection sampling so no value is favoured; a new set is drawn every time the inputs change. With "No repeats" you can ask for at most as many numbers as the range holds.
